The Messaging Team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Twilio’s core messaging infrastructure, which powers SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels used by customers globally. The team provides hands-on support to customers by guiding them through the configuration of various sender types—including long codes, short codes, and toll-free numbers—and assists with critical number registration processes such as A2P 10DLC campaigns, WhatsApp Business Profile onboarding, and compliance with country-specific sender ID requirements. Additionally, the team proactively monitors and analyzes messaging traffic, identifying anomalies or delivery issues through log reviews and performance dashboards. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders and carrier escalation teams, the Messaging Team ensures regulatory compliance and delivers a reliable, high-quality messaging experience at scale.
Who We’re Looking For
We invite candidates from various professions who possess:
A minimum age of 18 years. A High School Diploma.
Proficiency in English (B2+ level) coupled with fluency in Spanish.
Residency in Barranquilla.
Availability to work onsite at Carrera 67b #48-07 Pto Digital (barrio Modelo) Colombian citizenship or a valid work permit
Experience
- Preferable: Previous experience in a call center.
- Experience with network and computer systems.
