• Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing passengers.
• Create new bookings and make changes to existing reservations.
• Use client-specific tools to ensure proper management of requests.
• Guide every interaction towards passenger satisfaction by providing warm and effective service.
• Occasionally support sales processes.

💰 Employment Conditions:
• Salary: Training: 2,398,275 COP – OPS: 2,664,750 COP
• Performance bonuses
• Contract: Permanent (indefinite term)
• Work schedule: 42 hours per week
• Days off: 2 days off per week
• Workplace: Bogotá – Calle 165 #45-46
• Start date: 4/6/2025
• Training schedule: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm

• Experience in customer service (face-to-face or call center).
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Availability to work within the assigned schedule.
