🚀 We’re Hiring: Tech Support Agents


For a global technology company that transforms the customer experience with digital solutions for major brands.



🛠️ Main Responsibilities:

• Answering technical support calls (66%), emails, and chats (33%).

• Assisting with the initial setup of new stores.

• Following up on tickets and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Requirements:

• B2 English level or higher.

• High school diploma completed.

• Basic knowledge of technical support and digital tools.

• Must be 18 years or older and reside in Bogotá.

• Availability to work 44 hours per week (full-time).

• Monthly salary of $3,300,000 COP + two days off per week.
