We are looking for a motivated Semi-Bilingual (B1) Customer Service and Support Agent to join our team in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their home internet, television, and telephone services. Beyond resolving technical inquiries and providing top-tier support, you will play a key role in our growth through cross-selling, identifying opportunities to enhance our customers' experience with additional products and upgrades.!

The salary during training and OCP is $1,750,905. The salary in ops is $1,812,000+ 133,237COP (fixed bonus for meeting KPIs) + Commissions on a per sales basis




🚀 What You’ll Do

• Review of invoices, monthly charges, explanation of invoice and service changes, annual price adjustment, making payments and payment agreements. Calls related to retention or collections must be transferred if applicable.

• Provide troubleshooting support whenever the services are failing or help is needed. Customer service line.

🕑 Operations Schedules (42 hours weekly)

• 11:00-20:00


Requirements

• 3 months or more of verifiable experience in a call center (requirement)

• 🎓 High school diploma

• 🗣️ English level B1

• 👩‍💼 Must be 18+

• 🕘 Full availability for training and operations schedules
