Position Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Management team. This role is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and selecting the most qualified candidates according to hiring profiles and client requirements, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

The Recruiter plays a key role in identifying top talent and preparing them for successful integration into the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet technical and personal requirements (15%)

• Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and follow up with leads via calls, text messages, and email (15%)

• Schedule candidate interviews and follow up on bilingual classes when applicable (12%)

• Request and validate candidate documentation (diplomas, criminal records, etc.) and assess English oral and written proficiency (10%)

• Evaluate and grade assessments (computer skills, written English, behavioral profiles) and provide feedback to the Supervisor (10%)

• Conduct personal interviews, validate candidate information, and communicate rejection decisions professionally (10%)

• Approve or reject candidates based on evaluation results (5%)

• Coordinate second interviews with requesting departments and manage job offer and training contract process (9%)

• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and database records; participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives (9%)

• Ensure candidate skills align with hiring profiles, provide accurate hiring updates to stakeholders, and support HR leadership as needed (5%)

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR-related roles

• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills

• Ability to assess English proficiency (oral and written)

• Strong organizational and documentation management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Experience in high-volume recruitment

• Availability to work on-site (Bogota)
