A leading internet service provider is currently seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers who have registered their interest on our platform, guiding them toward the best solutions for their needs. Additionally, you will engage with our existing customer base to ensure they are maximizing their current plans and introduce them to new products that add value to their experience. The salary during training and OCP is 2,397,600COP. The salary in ops is 2,664,750COP + 133,237COP (fixed bonus for meeting KPIs) + UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS BASED ON SALES

• 📞 Handle outbound calls
• Use negotiation skills to sell the product
🕑 Operations Schedules (42 hours weekly)
• 10:00-19:00 SUNDAY OFF

✅ Requirements
• 6 months or more of verifiable experience in sales or collections in a call center (requirement)
• 🎓 High school diploma
• 🗣️ Advanced English level B2+
• 👩💼 Must be 18+
• 🕘 Full availability for training and operations schedules
