As a Travel Operations Specialist, you will:

• Review and validate travel reservations sold by agents

• Assist with commission-related inquiries

• Provide operational support to internal travel sellers

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in booking processes

• Training Salary: COP $2,185,715

• Operations Salary: COP $2,428,572

• Performance Bonus: Up to COP $294,365

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🎯 Experience

• Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plus

• 3 months of experience is considered an advantage
