🚀 We’re Hiring: Tech Support Agents

Join a global technology company that transforms the consumer experience through digital solutions for major brands.


🛠 Main Responsibilities:

• Handle support via calls (66%), emails, and chats (33%)

• Assist with the initial setup of new stores

• Follow up on support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements:

• English level B2 or higher, French level B2 or higer

• High school diploma completed

• Knowledge of WLAN, VLAN, IP, MAC Address, HTTP, and VPN

• Technical support and digital tools knowledge

• Must be 18 years or older and live in Bogotá

• Availability to work 44 hours per week (full-time)
